As many of you know Hyalite Canyon just outside of Bozeman is the namesake of my business and a place I have spent countless days in. I love that canyon and the gifts it gives to all of us. Winter Dance, a line that is high above the canyon, a pillar of ice you can see from town, and an icon of hard winter climbing.
 
I have had this piece in mind for a long time, but haven't fully been able to dive into this piece. And I am pretty excited with how it turned out, and can feel the wind whipping off that bivy ledge this view is from, from right here at my computer desk. I hope whoever gets this piece holds this place close to their heart too.
